This sign using the old orthography appears on Kamehameha Avenue leading into downtown Hilo at the turnoff for Highway 19 heading north in the direction of H?m?kua and Honoka‘a. Many, though not all, of the signs on Highway 19 have been replaced with new ones using the new orthography. Thus, some names appear in both the old and new orthography, as in Figures 7 and 8.
